3. We will not be responsible for the lost or returning parcel(s) due to incorrect mailing address. In the event of a returning parcel(s), the customer will have to resume by paying a new postage (subject to shipping & handling charges) if the returning parcel(s) is(are) required to be delivered again.
4. All DVD(s) are free region coding (Region 0) and should be playable on most PS, XBox, CD/DVD Rom Drive(s) and/or DVD player(s) that have DVDs playback capabilities (refer as ‘devices’). However, we cannot guarantee that all DVD(s) will be playable on your devices that might not support Region 0 DVD(s) in your countries.
5. Due to the DVD(s) can be easily duplicated, we do not accept returns or exchange unless it is(they are) defective and/or malfunction.
6. From 3., the said DVD(s) can be returned for an exchange within 7 days after the delivery. Then, we will replace the defective and/or malfunction DVD(s) with the same item free of charge, subject to stock availability. The replacement DVD(s) will be mailed via normal post only unless the customer is willing to pay extra for registered mail (the rates shall be determined and agreed by both the customer and us).
7. The customer is fully responsible for a return shipping cost.
8. If the DVD(s) is(are) discontinued, customers will be entitled for a 100% full refund of the closing price when the related auction was closed. No refund to the customers on the postage incurred to the customers or us.

10. For reporting of lost DVD(s) 30 working days after the tracking number(s) has(have) been provided, please inform us immediately via email.

Video Difference Between Censored and Uncensored Rosario to Vampire Capu2
Before the completion of Queen's Blade Season 2, we are concurrently sourcing any differences between censored and uncensored versions of Rosario to Vampire Capu2. Within minutes, we managed to spot them quite easily:

Finally and finally, the 1st disc is done without errors.
The 2nd disc is expected to be accomplished very soon. Hurray!

Overcoming English Subs Technicality Issues...It's Now Done!
Having spent nearly 3 hours (by burning midnite oil) to overcome and complete the English subs from Ep 1 to 6 in the DVD authoring application. Finally we have known the meaning of '...is too complex in one to more horizontal line', it actually means the characters are too wide and beyond the safe zone of the video screen. Whoa, we only realized this after 3 hours of trails and errors, well, we find it very useful as we are fully aware if the same repeats.
Finally, we are about to commence the rendering and mastering of Ep 1 to 6.

Raw Files Converted
Woosshhh...it took a whole night to convert them. When we woke up and checked, they were done. Our DVD authoring application works well with them. They shall be ready very soon!

Overcoming Obstacles...Solving Technicality Issues
On this day, Dec 28 at 10pm, we have managed to overcome the technicality issue in converting the raw files, whoa, 12 episodes of them.
For the whole morning, we were unable to find an all rounder application to split them into video, audio and subtitles as we expected. We must ensure that all buyers for this series must be able to switch on and off the subtitles as they wish, this is our first priority. And because of this priority, after nearly 3 hours of searching in the sea of information, we have found a freeware which is able to split the video, audio and subtitles, we were happy but we were wrong and misled.
We found out that the main issue is the audio file which is totally uncompatible with most of the media players (you name it, we tested it). Due to shortage of time and rushing deadline, we finally compromised with the same application but used it to extract video and subtitles only.
Thanks godness, we found a 2nd application which is able to extract, test and convert the audio without any problems.
This is to say that our technicality problems have been solved and we would use them for the rest of the projects.
